HISTORY
JMT was Established in May 1974 and was formed by two brothers Jeff, Terry and their friend Malcolm.
From their longstanding friendship they started their business journey and moved into their first premises on Henry street Wakefield.
In the beginning, JMT secured quick and excellent working relations with well established companies throughout the UK area.

And continue to do so now.
In 1983 JMT decided to move Into a new premises at Fox lane in Wakefield Where they've since been manufacturing for a number of companies across the U.K.
In 1986 Dean, the son of Terry started working at JMT after passing his apprenticeship at another local woodworking company.
Four Years later in 1990, Stephen started working at JMT were he served his apprenticeship.
Both have since taken over the roles of the original members ensuring the heart and the original foundations are kept firmly in place. The JMT company still supply all their products from their factory in Wakefield and they now cater for all aspects of the Retail, Health and Public Sector.
The JMT story is an ever evolving one and we look forward to the next chapter. To be continued...
